The social networking website Facebook is urging members to connect with their workmates online. In the early days Facebook primarily focused on high school and college students.

Some employers are blocking the website, while others are setting down times when it's acceptable to Facebook.
Internet filtering specialist, SurfControl, estimates the Facebook craze could cost businesses more than $5 billion a year.
