A website which began as a blog for Niall O’Keeffe and his friends has quickly become a place for safe drivers on Irish roads to root out the bad ones.
shitedrivers.com - a website dedicated to rooting out examples of Irish road madness.
In less than one week traffic to his site has leapt from a dozen a day to more than 15,000, with Ireland’s Road Safety Authority praising the site as brilliant.
Niall is amazed by the success of the website, which he insists will remain not-for-profit. “I’ve seen some very bad examples of driving and I just thought it would be nice to have an outlet for it instead of road rage.
