Parents Find State Website Misleading and Outdated

Parents are finding a newly launched state website misleading and outdated.
Parents trying to get information on Teachers would go to MyFloridaTeacher.com where they can gain easy access on the misconduct history of teachers.
Parents flicking through the website found 50 teachers listed on the site. Some have a history of trafficking cocaine, criminal burglary and stalking. When users dug a little deeper they found most of the teachers were not working at the schools anymore.
However there are teachers who have been disciplined and still actually working in Central Florida. Most of the ones with serious offences, such as driving under the influence or sexual battery of a child 12-19 years have been fired.
