Thai Organization Block Wordpress

The popular blogging platform Word Press has been blocked by the Telephone Organization of Thailand (TOT).
The website has been apparently blocked since 22nd August 2007, when trying to access the Wordpress.com website from Thailand you are greeted with the following message (Screen image supplied by Prachatai.com):
“Sorry. TOT Plc, an organization for Thai people, has restrained the access to this website as it contains content, text, and/or picture that is inappropriate and which affects the minds of Thai people all over the country and cannot be accepted.”
The system they have used to block the website is unpredictable as sometimes the site is accessible and other times it is not.
