Launched earlier this month by Sprint is a website that alerts parents if a registered sex offender lives close by, this will of course help parents steer their children away from these registered predators.
FamilyWatchdog.us is a free safety service available in English and Spanish and focuses on Floridas 45,000 registered sex offenders and is also accessible via a web enabled cell phone.
The service can help guide parents and children away from any area where a red dot appears on the cell phone map.
