Lawsuit Has Been Granted Against Target

A lawsuit has been granted class action status by a federal judge in California, against Target stemming from charges that its Web site is not accessible to the blind according to Reuters.
Minneapolis-based Target Corp is being sued by plaintiffs, including the National Federation of the Blind, who claim that the discount retailer's website, Target.com, violates federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination against the disabled.
