LeaveYourAgent.com - New website launched to cut out the real estate middleman and save home owners thousands of dollars. LeaveYourAgent, a rapidly growing website, creates a medium for home sellers and buyers to view and sell homes, discuss current topics on the LeaveYourAgent forum, and read articles written by experts in the real estate industry.
Jared Twitchell, CIO and co-founder of LeaveYourAgent noted, “The real estate agents main job has always been marketing, their role was to find a willing buyer or seller and try to get their client a decent price.”
“They have had a sort of a monopoly on the marketing of real estate through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Unless you were willing to fork out 6%, you weren’t allowed access to this medium and thus had a hard time marketing your property.”
