Pantera Fight Former Webmaster over Website Domain

Surviving members of rockers Pantera are being sued by their former webmaster over the right to use the domain name Pantera.com
The band used the domain name until 2003 they then switched it to OfficialPantera.com, the band now wants the domain name back.
According to reports, Leif Alfenas of Pantera.com filed a lawsuit at Michigan Western District Court on 2 August (07) against the Pantera Partnership - which consists of Vincent Paul Abbot, Philip Hansen Anselmo, Rex Robert Brown and the estate of 'Dimebag' Darrell Abbott.
The Partnership struck back a day later (3rd Aug 07) and filed their own suit at Michigan Eastern District Court.
Alfenas registered the domain name back in 1998, he also claims that the band had the opportunity to buy the domain name before he did, but didn’t.
