Web.com + Websitepros.com = $117 million Annual Turnover

Web.com an Internet solutions provider and Websitepros.com a website building tools provider announced on Wednesday that shareholders in both companies have approved the merger agreement.

The two companies have combined annual revenues of over $117 million and over 234,000 paid subscribers.
