County Supervisor Suing a Muscoy Man for Criticizing him on Website

A Muscoy man William Fanning is being sued by County Supervisor Dennis Hansberger for criticizing him through a website using his own name.
Fanning, 37, owns several domain names such as DennisHansberger.com
A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 26. Hansberger seeks to win the rights to the domain name.
"He already has his own Web site, JoinDennis.com," Fanning said. "He's the one trying to limit information getting out about him."
Fanning owns domain names for more than 80 politicians, including some candidates for president.
