Tax Payers Froze Website Payment System

Koreans rushing to pay their duties after the Chuseok holiday froze the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute website.
The website kftc.or.kr froze on Thursday morning for a couple of hours disabling payments on taxes and other public duties as users rushed to beat the deadline.
