Video-Based Website for Business Women

Diva-Biz is a new video-based website for business women where top female leaders talk candidly about their heartfelt business experiences. Videos are accompanied by forums which offer peer to peer support and networking.
“The site is intended as a powerful ‘business fix’ for time-pressured women, without even having to leave their desks,” says founder, Fiona Price. “Diva-Biz.com gets to the mind, body and soul of business, from a woman’s perspective; it’s about the ‘stuff’ that isn’t taught at business school – I know, I went!”
There are also interviews with academics and authors who have written about women’s enterprise, quick insights (known as ‘Diva wisdom’) and mentoring.
“Women really do have a different business style and this comes over loud and clear in the interviews, so I expect the site to be educational for men too!” says Fiona.
She also believes that video is a much more powerful catalyst for helping users make tough decisions and life changes, because you get the emotion behind the spoken word.
The site also conducts surveys. For example, the launch survey found that most business women don’t believe there will ever be an equal number of women in the Boardroom, or at best possibly within their lifetime!
Diva-Biz is free for the launch period but will be a subscription site thereafter, open to individuals, groups and corporates.
