Websites Carrying Osama Bin Laden Video are Inaccessible

A website affiliated to Al-Qaeda says it will feature a new Osama bin Laden video, Al-Sahab the media arm of Al-Qaeda announced.
Soon after Washington announced it had the video, all the websites that usually carry statements from al-Qaeda went down and were inaccessible, in an unprecedented shutdown, according to the Associated Press news agency.
Osama bin Laden has not appeared in video for nearly 3 years, and has not put out a new audio tape in more than a year, his deputy, Egyptian-born Ayman al-Zawahri, has frequently issued videos and audiotapes.
The video shows Osama Bin Laden sitting at a table, dressed in a white robe and turban and beige cloak. His beard looks shorter and darker than in the video issued in 2004.
A banner on the screen reads in English "A message from Sheikh Osama Bin Laden to the American people".
The video sends the message that Osama bin Laden is well and active within Al-Qaeda, he also makes references to Global Warming, and Capitalism, as well as newly elected prime minister Gordon Brown, and French president Nicolas Sarkozy.
Osama also warns George Bush that he is repeating the "mistakes of the former Soviet Union".
