The Walt Disney Company has paid an undisclosed price for Kerpoof Studios. Kerpoof creates online tools for kids to create artwork, short movies, etc...

The technology Kerpoof created has been integrated into Disney.com

Kerpoof.com co-founder Krista Marks will stay on as general manager in the newly merged company called Disney Online Kerpoof Studios.
