An Illinois sheriff filed a lawsuit against Craigslist on Thursday calling the popular website the largest clearing house for prostitution in the United States.
Cook County Sheriff Thomas Dart sued the owners of the classified ad site in the US District Court for facilitating prostitution by failing to block blatant offers to trade sex for money.
